Great place for a affordable price definitely staying again in the future.

Overall, you cannot beat this place. It's quiet, the owner and husband are very kind. If you are quiet, you fit. If you party and make a lot of noise? This police will escort you out. Been here over a month, it's cheaper. Good for "good people".

Small no good but no agree with extra charge of 20 in the morning.

Peaceful. Except for the low level hum of traffic on PCH, which is only to be expected, it's almost like being in the country. The owners are two of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. I've lived here going on 10 yrs, and have no intention of moving anytime soon.

Remodeling the rooms on individual bases, establishment is old and getting better...owner is nice and friendly gentleman and even though tight with the wallet he's making improvements. The manager and his wife are great people and very patient with the occasional unruly customers. As long as you don't cross the line and are respectful of the laws and the property,he will go out of his way to accommodate the customers needs. The prices are very reasonable and the safety of the complex is
